Our home base is located in a small, picturesque town deep in the Basque region of southern France, at the important crossroads for the Camino de Santiago where pilgrims have traveled for a thousand years.
Our daily travels will take us throughout the region to enjoy several gastronomic highlights, including a visit to a Michelin restaurant and cooking class of traditional Basque cuisine with lunch. We'll immerse ourselves in the Basque culture by attending local festivals and markets, learning about the Txakoli wine and Espelette peppers with owners at their farms, tasting Ossau Iraty AOP cheese directly at the source, and walking in the steps of the faithful along the Camino to lunch at an authentic refuge.

Our home base is located in one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France in the heart of the mysterious Cathar region of southern France.
Our daily travels will take us throughout the region to visit the amazing Cathar castles of the middle ages, enigmatic chapels of the Knights Templar, and historic Roman ruins along the Mediterranean Sea. In addition to the incredible and lesser-known historical gems, we'll enjoy several gastronomic highlights, including a visit to a Michelin restaurant and visit to local farms, including creamy goat cheese and delicious plums.
